If you are not happy with a draft, tell us what to change and we will revise it as described in your proposal.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work on your order, you may request a full refund.
After work starts
Because the work is custom, refunds after delivery of a draft are considered case by case.
How to request
Email writeajay358@gmail.com with your order number (BP-…). Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
